I really love the ease of placing orders and how quickly the order is received. With this particular purchase the blue colour of the mug was lighter than I expected. It wasn’t portrayed that way on the product page. There was also a chip on the handle where some of the blue flaked off. The photo element was great! Clear and well displayed when hot water was added. I also wish there were bigger mug sizes for options. Overall, satisfied with purchase.

Magic photo mugs were very nice. The recipient of the gift really liked it. Bonus photo stickers were a plus. Really liked those, though the photos were not very sharp, but hey, they were free! :D Processing time was super fast. Items arrived quickly and were packed very well. Overall, I'm very pleased.
