I ordered the small photo blanket as a special gift for my Aunt who has lost all of her siblings and parents. I wanted something that would remind her of them and the small blanket will make the perfect lap blanket for her as she watches her favourite tv shows. The entire process from ordering online, uploading the photos, choosing the collage and back colour was simple and flawless. But what even impressed me more was the efficiency creating the product and the lightning speed shipping especially during the Christmas season! I live in Alberta, Canada andcthe blanket was shipped from the UK and delivered via Fedex in less than a week for only $8.99 shipping fees! The blanket is beautiful and I know it will be treasured for years. We loved it so much that we ordered another one as a Christmas gift and the experience was exactly the same. Thank you so much!

Quality is very nice, size is great for a large. Wish it was a bit more soft feeling but I still like it :) customer service was great. processed and shipped fast, FedEx had the box squished but not like I was keeping in it but if I had sent it straight to the person I’m giving it to I would have been disappointed. Over all amazing product so happy great results

This was my 1st time having a photo gift made and now I'm addicted. I have placed 3 separate orders in the last couple weeks. Six pillows & 2 blankets filled with pictures of my grandchildren. I ordered for Christmas gifts for our children but I LOVE how they turned out so much I might keep them for myself ☺ Surprisingly, the whole process from creating the blankets & pillows to delivery was less than one week. I had ordered 3 custom blankets for my family for Christmas gifts. Not only did I get my blankets within a few days of ordering (very fast service especially so close to Christmas). But they also kept me updated each step off the process. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the blankets I received :-D, they turned out very nice and was exactly what I hoping for! I don't normally order things online so I needed to contact Bag of Love for a few questions I had, and I was very impressed how fast they answered and how easily they eased my mind on making an online purchase.
