We received an email the day after placing the order apologizing for any delay, but a reprinting was ordered because the first plate evidently didn't pass their quality check! The package was labelled to have been sent from London, England and was shipped across the pond to Canada for us. We received the plate less than FOUR DAYS after ordering it!!! We're thoroughly impressed with the prompt service. 3. It came with the package corner quite smashed in, however the plate inside was extremely well padded and was able to survive the trip without sustaining any damage. It also came with a plastic folding plate stand, which was very nice because we don't have our own fancy one picked out yet!
