Great Quality wood puzzle and picture quality was very glossy and nice. 4.9/5. Unfortunately, Puzzle came with one piece with chipped finish but otherwise great product.

The puzzles and boxes were so cute and well made! They were given as a gift and the couple absolutely loved them. Service was also incredibly fast and they arrived in time for my friend’s birthday (the husband in the couple). I couldn’t have asked for better service and product. Thank you!

I ordered the 1000 piece puzzle in the quality metal tin and I have to say that I am very impressed with the colour and quality of the image I received. Being able to put my very own picture on an item like this is the perfect gift that keeps on giving, as we will put this puzzle together every Christmas to come. Excellent service speed
Ordered a puzzle as a gift with express shipping; arrived quickly with plenty of notices on progress. FedEx delayed the delivery by a day without justification. Haven't assembled puzzle to assess picture quality yet, but looks good from first glance. Not sure if all details were captured as well as the picture resolution allows for.
Bringing Memories to Life
A photo-collage of different memories was used to create a custom puzzle - about 1,000 pieces for my father-in-law. It arrived, across the pond to Canada, the day after being shipped, and I couldn't be happier THANK YOU!!
Fabulous Service and Product
I ordered this jigsaw puzzle from a photo on Friday afternoon and it arrived on Monday. The metal container it comes in was perfect and gave the puzzle a sort of vintage feel. It was bought as Christmas gift and I think the recipient will be completely amazed by it.

I was concerned when I placed the order that since I am in North America it would take too long to process and send my order in time for Christmas. I submitted a change of address and the confirmation came back within a few minutes. To my pleasant surprise, it arrived in just four days.

The process was super easy, my puzzle showed up within 3 days. In fact the production/printing happened so fast that when I got the "FedEx" shipping notification I had no clue what it was for!! Maybe that's something that could be worked on, is a notification from the company that the order is on it's way!! The Puzzle - I love that the puzzle comes in a tin case, it take really takes this to the next level - especially because I am giving it as a present. The quality of the puzzle pieces seems good, the puzzle came partially put together (in sections), so I had to separate all the pieces which was perfectly fine.... in doing so I had 4 pieces out of 1000 that weren't punched perfectly so they back cardboard separated a wee bit.... nothing E6000 glue couldn't take care of! Bottom line - easy to design, beautiful product, wonderful experience and I love that you are Canadian!!! I will be back.
