I was very impressed with the design of the website and the ease of the ordering process. I really appreciate that the site displays a mock-up image of the product with your selected picture, colours, wording, etc. The custom puzzle was shipped within 36 hours. BEWARE: production of your item begins within minutes, so be sure to thoroughly double check your order details before you place the order, and as soon as you receive the order confirmation. Cannot comment on the quality of the photo puzzle itself, as it is a gift and is therefore yet to be opened. The tin in which the puzzle is packaged looks to be of good quality, as does the cover art. Based on everything so far, I anticipate the 1000 piece photo puzzle will be of good quality.

I ordered a custom puzzle and I am completely happy and satisfied. The puzzle is exactly what I wanted with no exceptions. I live in Canada so I expected delivery to take a bit of time going through Customs and such. The 5 day fabrication including delivery time was super fast and excellent. The metal box with the puzzle pictured on it is a nice touch.

Amazing Job
I had 4 pictures I wanted to make into a puzzle. I had issues of putting a word on it and they helped me by sending options. I found one that I liked and it was done and delivered within 3 days to my home. I would recommend this company and there excellent service. Loved the outcome.

Stunning product
This product exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. The puzzle pieces seem to be comprised of 1/4” wood and a thick lacquer coating. The attention to detail and the print quality were absolutely terrific. I bought this product as a gift for my mum for mother’s day and she is STILL crying happy tears. Nice Puzzle
The puzzle looks nice. We haven't put it together yet. I'm still going through all the pieces to separate them. Most are cut but some are not fully on some spots so I have to use a knife. Also I'm cleaning off the pieces and the box from the dust from the cutting proccess. Thank you Have a nice day Justin
