Very Impressed
I ordered a custom 504 piece puzzle. I placed the order on a Sunday and received that Friday in Canada (it was shipped from the UK). Very happy with the speed of shipping and quality pictures and the cardboard puzzle pieces.
Decent puzzle quality pieces, nice photo rendering
I purchase a 1000 piece puzzle with a 12mp photo, knowing that it would not yield 300 dpi (140-150 dpi), but for the type of picture, it gives a slight "painting" effect. The rendering is better than I was expecting after reading a few review on their FB page. However the pieces are slightly thinner than I'd like (hence 4 star instead of 5). I would have been happy to pay extra for having slightly thicker pieces. That being said, it's not flimsy and it's not like those chinese rip-off on ebay printed on super thin cardboard. The tin box is a nice addition. Well executed.

Ordered personalized puzzles as gifts (both wooden and cardboard). Turned out even better than I hoped. Excellent picture quality and the tins are beautiful as well. Ordering process was user friendly. Quick shipping. Highly recommended

Puzzle pieces are thicker than most puzzles and the quality of the picture is great on the puzzle itself. The pieces fit tightly together. The shades on the tin will be slightly off due to the tin material. As such, I suggest a 5x7 picture be included in the tin for reference when doing the puzzle.

The quality of the finished puzzle is terrific; I will be ordering another one soon. This makes a lovely family gift. I am very pleased with this experience.
