Turn inside out before washing. Iron on the reverse of the printed side. 86°F wash. Low tumble heat. Do not wring. Low heat iron. Steam safe.
Our beanies come in four sizes – XS/Kids, S/M, L/XL and XXL – so everyone from toddlers to adults can enjoy a snug fit. The stretchy Lifestyle Recycled Poly Jersey sits comfortably against the skin without itching.
Turn your hat inside out, machine-wash cold (30 °C) and tumble dry low. Light iron on the reverse if needed. Follow these steps and your personalized beanie hat will look sharp season after season.

Measure above your ear, and across your forehead, wrapping round to the back of your head leaving measuring tape slightly loose.Your design is printed onto the fabric by our trained technicians, using modern digital printing techniques. Deep infusion technology prints eco-friendly inks deep into the fibres of the material, resulting in a long-lasting, rich and detailed print.
Your printed fabric is then cut to the correct size and shape by our craftsmen, based on a pattern created by our in-house designers. This is done after printing to ensure that the entirety of the fabric is printed and that you are not left with white seams.
Our seamstresses will then stitch your custom beanie hat together, before passing it on to our quality control department to check over before shipping out to you.
