To find your perfect fit for our custom fitted caps, use a soft tape measure or a piece of string (which can be measured afterwards). Place the measuring tape or string just above your ear and across your forehead, wrapping around to the back of your head without pulling tightly. If your measurement sits in the middle of our sizing brackets, choose the larger size.
There are 10 panels to make truly printed baseball caps – two interior panels and eight exterior ones. You can also pick the thread, Velcro and webbing colours before ordering, allowing you to create sharp company logo hats or bright photo collages. Keep the sun off with these custom ball caps.
Care: Our custom baseball hats are tough and strong. Wipe clean is the recommended cleaning procedure. If you need to wash the entire cap, we advise washing on a cold cycle. Do not tumble dry under any circumstances as the curved peak contains a plastic component that can warp in heat. Hang to dry naturally.
