When we receive your personalized puzzle 500 piece order, it is sent straight to our skilled technicians and woodwork specialists. Your photos and messages are printed directly onto the reinforced cardboard surface. The photo puzzle 500 piece is then cut out into classic puzzle piece shapes, ready for you to have hours of fun.
To make the piece extra special, you have the option of a metal presentation tin that all our personalized jigsaw puzzles 500 pieces come in. Your designs are printed directly onto the tin which gives your images a silvery, metallic finish. Alternatively, you can opt to have your puzzle come in an unprinted Duchess Satin bag made from recycled fabric remnants.
Using our design interface, you can customize your jigsaw and presentation tin. When you upload your designs, you will notice the hashed out areas. This is the bleed area and will not appear on your jigsaw. At any time, you can view your jigsaw on 'product view' to get a feel of how the final product will look.
If you choose to add a message to the puzzle, you can choose from a number of fonts, colors, and sizes. Tip: Make your message harder to unscramble by using a large font size - that way the letters will cover more than one jigsaw piece and be harder to solve.
