We don't take shortcuts on quality. Whereas the majority of candles are machine-produced, your personalized jar candles are hand poured one at a time by artisan candlemakers. This gives your candle an authentic and handcrafted nature that cannot be replicated by machines. Once you have designed your candle with image, text, or photo, our printers use eco-friendly inks directly onto the sticker and metal lid. The printing on the metal retains the sheen of the material. The wax in your custom jar candles is made from a mixture of soy wax, rapeseed, and coconut oils, infusing a wick of cotton and paper.
Please note: due to the natural way we make your candle, the wax may pull away from the glass. This is a natural result of the way the glass and heat react, which may give the candle a 'spotting' texture. Don't worry - there's never more than a hair's width between the wax and glass.
You have two customization options for your personalized jar candles. The lid design is printed directly onto the metal, so please note that this means we cannot print pure whites, and any white in your image will appear silver. We recommend using stronger colors for the highest definition print. You can also customize the sticker for a complete and personable gift. Please note: Your sticker and lid will print color differently, but this is to be expected due to a difference in material and the finish of gloss or matte. The sticker will have softer tones, and this may be more noticeable with black colors.
